A note about this certification

It is designed to provide a broad-based Customer Service certification that can be completed by all sectors of SHSM. 

As you progress through each module, you will need to add your thoughts and ideas to the student workbook that is provided to the left. Before you proceed any further with this certification, make a copy of it.

It will be clearly indicated when you need to add anything to the student workbook.
