Before we go any further, let's get familiar with Google Sites. There are some elements in Google Sites that you need to familiarize with.
"Undo" - to reverse a mistake, such as deleting the wrong word in a sentence.
"Redo" - to restore any actions that were previously undone using an undo.
"Preview" - to display a document, page, or film before it is produced in its final form. Before you publish your site, preview to see how it would look like once published.
"Copy Link" - copy the hyperlink to the page onto the clipboard to be shared with others.
"Share" - to share the link to your site and give access to users interested in your content.
"Publish" - after you are done tweaking your Google Site, you need to press the "Publish" button to allow other people to view your site. If you did not click "Publish", your site will remain in edit mode and it will not be viewed by others.
"Insert" - This button allows you to add text, images, embed URLs or HTML codes, add documents from Google Drive, YouTube videos, and so much more.
"Page" - This button is for you to add new pages and subpages to your site. You can do this by clicking on the "Pages" button and a "+" button will appear. Click on the "+" button to add a new page.
"Themes" - This button allows you to change the theme of your site. You can choose from the templates given by Google or create your own custom themes OR import themes from other sources.
