Ishmael's MoD Collar

A handwoven collar, made of silk and wool, and a medallion provided by Ishmael's wife Adelaide Half-Pint.   Connecting the collar to the medallion findings was a challenge, because the set was designed to work with a leather collar, so has a relatively shallow throat.  Alherin helped my by drilling out spots I could sew through and opening up the throat of the medallion findings enough to allow the band to fit inside. I sewed the findings to the collar using silk embroidery thread.
