Faculty: USD $1,950
Registration will need to be paid by June 1 through the supplied link.
Registration includes course attendance only and does not cover travel or accommodation. We will provide snacks and a meal on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Other meals are on your own.
Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging accommodations individually. A discounted hotel option ($99 per night plus tax) has been arranged at Best Western Cimarron, and booking details will be provided to successful applicants.
The course will be held on the Stillwater campus of Oklahoma State University.
There will be guest Wi-Fi available.
Note: Cows&Code2026 will occur the week before the fall semester starts. There will be a lot of activity on campus this week as students move to town and get ready for the semester.
Stillwater Regional Airport (SWO) has 2 American Airlines flights per day, connecting through Dallas, TX (DFW). In searches, make sure you are searching for Stillwater, OK (SWO), not Stillwater, MN.
Stillwater is also an approximately 1-hour drive from both Will Rogers International Airport (OKC) in Oklahoma City, and Tulsa International Airport (TUL). Rental cars are available at both airports.
The Best Western Cimarron is an easy 10-minute walk to campus.
The Oklahoma State University Stillwater campus is very walkable.
Local rental cars are available through Enterprise if needed. Uber is available in town.
