our Google calendars are used to setup tutoring sessions and show our availability
- with a Google gmail account (we can train you to set up
our cell numbers are used for our business so you can text us to set schedules
- please do not call us unless we invite you to do so to avoid conflicts with other students we tutor
- we also use Skype and Facetime for our remote and local students
- we like to invite you to download Teamviewer 12 from www.teamviewer.com
  - we have a business license with Teamviewer so you can download it free
    - we use teamviewer to aid our students and other groups we mentor as well
    - it can be installed for
      - personal use (for your own use)
      - commercial use (to use with us)
  - Teamviewer allows us to aid
    - you to allow us to see your screen and aid with any technical issues
      - if your system can load teamviewer and we can access it on the Internet,
        we may be able to remove malware
        spam (methods to deal with a Gmail strategy)
        adware (means to remove intrusive ads and recommend extensions based on your browser preferences)
        phishing ruses (mentor against)
    - if you switch sides, you can access our systems to aid with a variety of resources
      - we can tutor you with resources that you may not have but want to learn about before purchasing
      - we can vet websites and recommend sites that are safer
