Our lessons are all in American English. 

We do work with families where English is not the first language as well and have enjoyed the International connections we have as friends. Tai's first language was Cantonese but has studied the American Phonetic Alphabet as well as other languages and studied the International Phonetic Alphabet at the the University of North Dakota through the Summer Institute of Linguistics.

click on the above to set up Teamviewer on your system and when the time comes to start a Teamviewer request for a session online. After that, we can start a tutoring or technical support session. We have used this successfully to connect with Windows, Macs, and Linux-based systems on laptops and workstations to successfully tutor students and equip them to create knowledge.  This application is safe to use. We have worked with Teamviewer for several years aiding clients all over the USA. If you create a gmail account or need assistance with this contact us so that we can assist you. This will open the door for us to share a Google Drive folder on more things that allow us to pass lesson materials to cover and revise and refile later when we have covered such for you to reference. We use Google Calendar to track when we have available times so you can have a view of that. We do try not to tutor on Sundays but are open to emergencies at a higher rate if this happens, but we try not to do this so we can rest on Sundays).

Learning is not just for now but for the future. This is why we choose Google to help us edit documents simultaneously, or we can upload a Microsoft Document depending on if that is needed to aid in the tutoring process. Creating a keep allows for later review for exams or quizzes. We can work with you to start this as well as direct you to a Google Calendar for our tutoring services as well.

Welcome to Covenant Heritage Academy Tutoring Services!!!

We are a private school that works with students K-12, College, and beyond. We can substitute teach, mentor, and tutor in many subjects serving the private, public, parochial, college, and senior students and believe that learning should be a life-long adventure to unravel the mysteries around in time and space connecting our dots of information, understanding and organizing, assimilating, and applying them for Academics and Life. Learning should be a joy and a fun activity to unite your passion to serve not just lead others. Our passion to to train mentors so that students who reach this level are learning exponentially how to affect generations of students beyond just learning the facts of a subject. We want to infect and inspire our students with a passion to not just do good things but reach beyond and help as many as possible in their endeavors as well.

We can tutor as a family and would enjoy connecting with you with Teamviewer 12 to offer remote online tutoring, or Skype, or Google Drive folder means to help aid you on your systems or you can connect to ours through our business license. Check out our tutors below.

Tell us what you need help with. If we can not help, we can refer you to other tutors that are in-house or other. We want to meet your needs on time, however, we choose not to work on Sunday, but we will do our best to be available from 8 am to 10 pm Pacific Standard time. This means you can email us at any time, but we may not be available to respond to you unless you have scheduled time with us individually. We will post our calendars so that you will see our open time slots. We enjoy one-on-one tutoring and think that is the most effective means, yet we can consult with each other to provide you with a wider field of expertise as well.

We have been active with the Shooting Stars 4-H in Stanislaus County as volunteers, where Tai offers projects focused on S.T.E.M. such as Flight with Small Devices, and Computer projects to aid youth and parents to become safer on the Internet as well as join in the Lazarus Project to recycle, reuse, refurbish, upgrade systems for education and load open source systems and software on to older systems rather than have them go to waste. So if you would like to donate equipment to us, we are forming a non-profit to handle this to be of benefit to others.

Tai has a degree from Cal Poly in Mathematics with a Computer Science Option and enjoys training youth, parents, and seniors to be comfortable and safer on the Internet as well as mentoring and tutoring students to be successful in Mathematics and the Sciences has been successful in mentoring students of all ages to prepare for the SAT, ACT and GRE, CBEST, CSET, ASVAB, AFQOT, and other exams. To keep your costs down, we want to provide you with the best means to study and help you with overcoming your weak areas. We will refer you to vetted websites that we have worked with that allow us to be the Academic coach provided you specify us as such. We want the best for our students and their parents to connect with us locally as well as remotely to provide safety and instruct in being safer on the Internet as well.

Let us know your student's learning styles, interests, academic, and career objectives as well as which subjects they need help with so we may be able to tailor our efforts to aid them successfully to focus in fun and memorable ways. 

We can offer remote online tutoring and can receive your attachments to prepare ahead of time tailored lessons or work with you dynamically as we receive them as well. However, when we do receive them ahead of time and know your deadline for needing help we can connect with your system using Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2013, 2016, and 365 applications, Open Office, Libre Office, or other applications on your system to store lessons in Google Drive folder (with items in Google Documents, Sheets, or other means to help with colorful notes for each session) as long as you have a Gmail account (which is free and easy to set up). If you do not have a Gmail account, then we can help you set that up as well.

My goal is to offer unique mentoring and tutoring to build meaningful facts, connect the dots to bring understanding, and with persistence bring about competency in seeing how the languages of order express themselves in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and other Sciences. All of creation has a high order of consistency and conformity to intelligent design, hence we can make use of it. I have a degree in Mathematics with a Computer Science Option and enjoy training youth, parents, and seniors to be comfortable and safer on the Internet as well as mentoring and tutoring students to be successful in Mathematics and the Sciences.  A holistic approach to understanding the primary learning style of the student and that of the area of study may benefit from retraining the student to be aware of other learning styles as well as mastering the subject material.

Hello, my name is Kathy Wong, I can help with English, Literature, Music, Writing, and Reading

Kathy is a Voice Major. Has led the Modesto Home School Choir as well as the Grace Church Choir in Modesto, California. She enjoys helping children of all ages and helps with training students to write well and enjoy literature, music, history, and the humanities.

She is a graduate of Western Illinois University. She too has passed her CBEST to substitute teach in California. 

Kathy and Tai, both, passed not only the CBEST but also helped another Stanislaus State University Student to be trained well enough to pass her CSET. She did well enough to merit teaching this last summer and hopes to pursue teaching K-12 as well.

We are Covenant Heritage Academy Tutoring Services because we are of a covenant whose heritage predates our academy, where tutoring serves one greater than our existence. There is a Creator in whose image we are created so that we might glorify Him and enjoy Him forever. Though we may fail Him, He has provided a means of salvation, and He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
