Programs and Activities

PTA programs are created to organize and support parent involvement in children’s education. Our programs are created with leading expert organizations on topics of importance to our members, at members’ requests.

PTA offers a means to develop strong family-school partnerships and involve the community. The process can be tailored to each school. PTA’s process for building successful partnerships and programs consists of three steps:

We would encourage you to join the PTA. Your PTA membership allows you to have a voice in our PTA programs and it shows your support to the State and National PTA who advocate for children's rights and education. Their efforts are noticed during our legislative session. Also, your PTA membership has some benefits. Check out the National PTA Membership benefits page at pta.org/member_benefit_providers.asp for details.

DONATE! These programs depend entirely on parent and community donations. We have only one major PTA fundraiser during the year, but you can donate anytime to Cottonwood Elementary PTA using the Cottonwood Elementary PTA WebStore.
