Cottonwood PTA is sponsoring a Smith's Inspiring Donations &/or Amazon Smile Sign Up Competition.

The class with the highest sign up percentage will win a Chick-Fil-A class lunch party. To enter into the competition a parent needs to sign up for one or both companies.

Once you have signed up, please fill out the google form (link listed below) with the student(s) and teacher(s) name. If you have multiple students who attend Cottonwood, please fill out one form for all of your children.
