Professional Development
Why Professional Development?
Professional development has established and built a solid foundation of growth for my role in teaching. I believe that moving forward to improve my skills as an instructor, professional development will play an integral role in that growth. Professional development provides a plethora of resources and a network of peers that creates new ideas and strategies for the classroom. The value I received from professional development has allowed me to try new things and implement what works vs. what doesn't. Below is a cumulative list of the workshops I have attended.
