Dues

Dues are paid in two installments. The first half is due in the Fall, and the second half is due in the Spring. The reason is because Pack 674 holds a Fall Fundraiser that can offset the second half of your dues.

Pack 674 dues for August to July are $150. This covers District Registration fees, award fees, volunteer registration, and money for event activities.

Breakdown of the fee is the following:

• $25 will be transferred from the Pack to the District for Scouts registering for the very first time.

• $66 will be transferred from the Pack to the District for District Fees.

• If you register online, the Scout family will pay the District Fee directly, but will be credited toward the Scout's account with the Pack. Note that the online registration fee will be prorated based on the date of registration.

• A portion of the fee will go towards Adult Volunteer Registration, depending on the number of registered volunteers.

• Rest is used for awards, Class B shirts, some Class A Uniform patches, Books, outings, Blue & Gold, and many more Pack/Den activities.

Payment Schedule:

• $75 will be required in the Fall by the November Pack Meeting. This deadline is so the Pack can pay annual Recharter fees with the District.

• Remaining balance will be required in the Spring paid prior to the Pinewood Derby Weigh In. This balance will differ from Scout to Scout based on their contribution in the Fall Fundraier.
