Below is a table with all enchants that are worth using at 70. Take note that while most TWW enchants are clearly superior to their DF equivalents, this is not the case for all slots. Stick to this list, and you're golden. All except for the head enchant can be found on the AH. 

Listed stats are based on the rank 3 (gold) versions of each enchant. 

Note: Wafting Devotion will probably be the preferred weapon enchant on most specs for the sheer stat and value that it provides.

Gems are more straightforward than enchants- you'll only want to use TWW gems. Algari Diamonds are roughly the equivalent of old meta gems, or the Primalist Gems in Dragonflight. At the moment, they all give 181 primary stat and a minor special effect. You may only equip one Algari Diamond at a time. My typical  recommendation is the Elusive Blasphemite, however any of the 3 Bloodstones could be interesting/useful in PvP.
