In-System Dictation - Dragon Medical One (DMO)

This session is for prescribers that have completed their Basic training via Independent Learning or Instructor Led Training and their End User Proficiency Assessment (EUPA) in their respective track (specialty) prior to attending. These prescribers have been granted access to PRD (live Connect Care) environment.

The session will help you be prepared for your first weeks working in a healthcare setting, focusing on opening DMO, pairing your Power Mic Mobile (PMM), using voice commands, dictating text into many parts of the chart and trigger text automations that speed documentation processes. 

Upcoming Training Sessions - Instructor Led Training (ILT)

To register for an upcoming session, please use the information below to self-register via MyLearningLink for an instructor led basic training. Training session is delivered virtually via Zoom.

• Navigate to MyLearningLink and login with your AHS username and password

• Click on Required Courses, click on your assigned role, ex. ‘Role: Physician CMIO Inpatient Medicine’

• Click on Personalization Training, Dragon Medical One (DMO) ILT (instructor led training), find a day and time that suits your schedule. Click on the Register button. 

• Verify the course you selected is displayed on the My Courses tab

• If you are not able to see the course under required courses, please click on Courses and Registrations menu found on the left side of the screen, search using the term 'cmio dragon, click on the blue bar towards the bottom of the page that is titled Epic - CMIO Dragon Medical One (DMO) ILT, scroll down, select the date and time and click the green button to register for the course

Once registered, you will receive an important email with the Zoom link and instructions on how to prepare for your virtual training session.

How to Prepare for Dragon Medical One (DMO) Basic Instructor Led Training (ILT) 

If using a personal device and logging in remotely for the training session, kindly ensure you install Citrix on your computer, your remote access is set up, and your Mobile Apps and Power Mic Mobile are installed.
