  • Personality - He’s a pretty lazy and laidback kitsune, but he’s pretty nice and friendly as long as you don’t get on his bad side. He can be pretty cruel and aggressive at times (this is mainly due to his job as judge for Colette.)

  • Backstory - His abilities showed themselves around a young age. His abilities far exceeded his parents abilities so they had to hide him and distance themselves from him. Often causing his father to actively despise, hate and fear Sno. Eventually the two would have their first fight when Sno was around 250 years old, obviously his father won due to his overwhelming strength, and he retreated someplace. When he was between 975 and 1,000 years old, he was in some sort of war, he wasn’t as strong as he was now and as a result, he had 8 out of his 9 tails ripped off of him, his body was able to be healed and recover from the loss of his tails. It was ultimately his father that was on the other side of the war that ripped his tails from him, eventually at the end of the war Sno became stronger than his father and killed him, he gained his father’s ability to control void magic making him one of the strongest kitsunes in the world he is currently the only kitsune able to manipulate void magic due to his father being dead now. His mother was killed by his father he has dealt with his parents being killed (his mother indirectly by his actions.) and his father by his own hand. He did have to eliminate hundreds of thousands of rouge kitsune’s during said war, so he never really enjoys using his abilities due to the memories of some of the kitsune’s he’s eliminated. He also hates wars and vows to never get dragged into one.

• He’s known as the red wanderer, due to him constantly being on the move. He lives in a shrine in the mountains, not often coming down into the city, he occasionally goes into the city and buys the items he needs. 

• He’s not necessarily an adventurer but he tends to take on some jobs from time to time.

Entry #1: 

Sno’s backstory 

Note: *Most* backstories are before the discovery of reformation crystals

One day during a time far in the past Colette walks around her war-table, Sno among the beings summoned there. It was a meeting about Snowfall. Sno’s father, the red haired kitsune groans then speaks up. 

“The hell are we all here for Colette? I was out looking for my father so I can take revenge..” 

Colette sighs, walking over to Sno then she puts her hands on his shoulders and speaks to him. 

“Sno… we found him… however you shouldn’t go into this alone. Snowfall is on a completely different level than you are. You aren’t ready to face him yet.” 

Sno snarls at Colette, the fallen angel taking a couple of steps back then Sno retorts. 

“I am more than capable of taking him on and removing him as one of the targets. Besides it ain’t like we have much of a choice, he’s just going to keep creating fake kitsune’s till we take him out permanently…” 

Colette thinks for a moment, knowing Sno was entirely right. Then her amber eyes glare into Sno’s scarlet eyes. 

“We can’t risk losing you Sno, you and him are the last two of your clan an— “ 

“So what?” Sno interrupts “That’s what makes this perfect, me against him, revenge for slaughtering my entire clan… my family and being one cause of this war, we are all fighting in!” 

Colette stares into his eyes, she was reluctant but then agrees. 

“…Fine Sno… just promise me you won’t die on us. Well need you… and I would be… very upset if you didn’t return to me…” 

Sno groans, rolling his scarlet eyes then he replies to her. 

“Colette… you know I hate making prom—“ 

“Just tell me you won’t die… please promise me that and I’ll let you go fight him.. but we will be behind you to save you if needed or help you out after the fight.” 

Sno lowers his head, closing his eyes for a moment. Upon opening them these words utter from his mouth. 

“Fine… I promise I won’t die..” 

He said, completely unsure of himself and his ability to beat his father but he knew he HAD to be the one to take him down once and for all… 

Colette’s bright smile returns, then she nods. Floating back to the middle of the room then she speaks up. 

“Alright… we move out In the morning we’ll take my ship to get there.” 

The others nod, then each of them take off. Going back to what they were doing and Sno goes back to resting… however his nightmares wouldn’t let him get a peaceful rest. Constantly bugging him with the memories of his father killing his mother and sisters all in front of him, along with his entire family, all of his friends and even the rest of their clan. 

The kitsune woke up in a cold sweat, tears streaming down from his scarlet eyes. Soft sniffing and whimpering came from his mouth. He sat up for hours, just crying, since no one was awake no one really heard him nor could they come to console him… 

Hours pass when he finally stops, it was approximately an hour and a half before they are supposed to attack. Sno had his clothing ready, the kimono his mother gave him. Once he was set and ready he rushes off out of the castle and towards his fathers coordinates. 

It took 2 hours for everyone else to wake up, Colette in her massive kitsune form begins to make her way towards Sno’s room. Then she notices the door was open… then she rushes into the room, not seeing Sno anywhere the panic sets in while she begins to turn the castle into the ship then begins to follow behind him.

It would take the castle 30 minutes to get there… no telling how far ahead sno is… 

At that moment Sno just arrived, now face to face with his father. Sno’s eyes narrow, while SnowFall as a smug smirk on his face. He laughs then he speaks to Sno. 

“What? Is this your attempt at facing me. Please boy, you aren’t even that strong. Definitely not strong enough to fight me.” 

Sno growls, then he replies to his father’s taunt. 

“I’m not here to fight… I’m here for revenge… to finally put you into the ground once and for all!” 

The red-haired kitsune shouts, the two glance at each other before a couple large blasters appear behind each of them and fire at each other. The enter a beam struggle and Sno seems to be losing, once Snowfall’s blasts go close enough Sno teleports away and appears behind his father, attacking him with the weather blade. It seems to create a massive lightning strike down. 

Snowfall jumps back from the strike, and he stares down at Sno then he replies to him. 

“Still weak! You may have been born with powers stronger than mines, but you still don’t know how to use them to their maximum potential!” 

Sno growls aggressively, then he jumps at Snowfall. The kitsune smirks then when Sno was close enough he grabs the Sno then he uses his void magic to hold him still. 

“The… hell is this?” 

Sno said, squirming around against the black tendrils. He’d drop that sword and then his father picks it up and walks behind him to his nine tails… 

“It would be a shame if someone did this!?” 

Snowfall said, then he swings Sno’s sword. The kitsune lets out a scream of pain as that first tail is sliced off. His father laughs, going in to cut the next one off, then the next one and the rest of them. Each scream of pain grew louder. 

Snowfall decides to let Sno keep his last tail. Blood dripping from the blade of the sword, along with dripping off of the back of Sno and off of his kimono as well. Then Snowfall uses the tendrils to slam Sno into the wall. It takes Sno a few moments to gather himself then he pulls himself out of the wall and he collapses onto the floor. 

Now on his hands and knees, spitting up some blood then he stares up at his father and growls a bit. Summoning more blasters and each of them blast him then tossing some smoke bombs onto the floor to mask his presence for a while. 

Snowfall wouldn’t bother going down there.. even if he was stronger he wasn’t dumb enough to fly into smoke to potentially get trapped. 

Sno groans a bit while he begins to walk around in the smoke. Trying to recover for a little, once he did he grabs him with his telekinesis then pulls him down into the smoke and begins to attack him from various different directions. Easily overwhelming him with the strength of his attacks. Screams of pain coming from within the smoke. 

It would take some time but Colette and the ship arrived. All they could see is smoke and blood. They decide to stay idle in the air for now… while Colette bites her lip, very nervous and hoping that Sno would prevail. 

Sno growls and then they begin to fight hand to hand. It wouldn’t take very much longer before Sno finally gains the upper hand and he blasts his father from the back. Then he tosses him up into the air and he teleports behind him. Stabbing his sword straight through Snowfall. He gaps and his eyes widen, the two then fall down back to the arena and Sno stares down at him… he would then speak. 

“Looks like you are finally beaten… good riddance…” 

Snowfall gasps for air, then he grabs the bottom of Sno’s kimono then he speaks up. 

“Son… wait… before I go… let me… give you… this…” 

Sno stares down at him… he was surprised especially since this is the first time he called him son… 

“What… give me what?” 

Sno rolls his eyes then he sits down and leans closer. Snowfall grabs him then he seems to transfer some sort of dark energy into him. Sno let’s out a groan of pain then the two of them collapse… 

Colette teleports down there then she picks Sno up and then Snowfall chuckles a bit. He stares up at Colette and speaks. 

“Heh… seems like you are… exactly… like his mother… so caring… so warm… and so beautiful… too bad…. You’ll have to take care of him from here… he’ll need it in the coming days… or the void will consume him…” 

Snowfall said, laughing a little then finally he stops… the last bits of life leaving his eyes while he finally passes on… 

Colette sighs, then the large kitsune stares down at Sno and she teleports up to the ship. And she takes Sno into the healing pod room, then she places him into one of them and sits by his side… the next couple of days would be hell for Sno… but he would be much more powerful if he survives… 

Entry #2 A lovers sacrifice:

One night… Sno and his lover are resting in his shrine… he had the perfect lover and has had them for quite some time… their name..? Well it will not be unveiled at Sno’s request. This was during the war… mostly towards the middle of it when Sno found out about what his father was doing so this particular night.. he snuck out… what he didn’t know is that his lover she followed him as she wasn’t fully asleep and waited for him to leave before following him… This was a particularly brutal encounter between Sno and his father… it proceeds as follows. 

“Father… I knew you were the one behind all of this senseless fighting for some time… why must you be doing this we could be living peacefully!” 

???: “Please… “Son” you don’t understand what I’m doing here so don’t think you know what you’re talking about. I’m working on creating change in this world starting at the top with the divine and demonic they need to see me for who I am a god!”

“You aren’t one… don’t act like you are some sort of powerful being because you aren’t…” 

“That’s where you are wrong.. I have many loyal followers who will do what I ask” 

As he was speaking, a bunch of Kitsune’s begin to fill into the space around the two… Sno growls a bit… then those scarlet eyes widen… recognizing each and every Kitsune in the room… he… knew many of them from his village… some he didn’t know… 

Unfortunately he didn’t get much time to try and talk to them as they began to run at him or cast attack spells on him… having no choice in the matter the scarlet Kitsune begins to dodge and flee from them trying to convince or calm them down! To no avail of course… 

All of this while his poor lover is watching him dodge and avoid all of these attacks… and eventually start attacking back and even killing some of the others.. the air eventually reeks with the scent of death, blood and hatred. 

Sno is exhausted, his hands, clothing and body are completely soaked in Kitsune blood... some his own and most of it being from the others that fell by his hands

“Look at what you made me do…. Why would you force your only child to do that…” 

He didn’t get a response as he is rushing at the blood-stained Kitsune… ready to impale him with some sort of legendary spear… though before that happened his lover rushed over and pushed him out of the way. 

“Huh when di—“ 

Sno mutters, those eyes widen as she’s impaled with that spear… 

“What… NO what how did you even get here?” 

Sno runs over to her, noticing the spear from the legends and instantly those cyan tears begin falling from his face. 

“No… w-why did you… do that.?” 

His lover smiles, blood dripping from the wound in her chest and mouth as she speaks to him in a weakened yet loving tone. 

“Because you are my lover… my perfect partner… my everything so you need to live…” 

With that said… she slowly fades out… Sno had attempted to heal and even revive her… to no avail… 

This was the day he was nearly swallowed by the darkness and it’s the first time he was able to tap into the power of the void… which is still barely understood even by the divine and demonic. 

Abilities: 

• Void magic control: (This gives him the ability to control multiple abilities at once, currently when he uses this ability his eyes turn purple. He is currently able to use multiple attacks/spells at once the current ones are as follows: Telekinesis, Gravity manipulation, blaster attacks, advanced weapon creation, teleportation and flight.) (Drains a massive amount of mana, he can currently only use this for about 5 minutes at a time. Both only due to his mana restoration and his high mana.) 

• Telekinesis: The ability to move entities/items with his mind, can move multiple objects and or entities based on the size of the entity or object. (50 to 5000 mana based on the size and weight of the target.) 

• Gravity manipulation: The ability to control an entity’s gravity, able to use this to his advantage by offsetting someone’s balance. This does however only work on living entities. (Uses about 100 to 1000 mana based on the targets weight.) 

• Blaster attacks: The ability to shoot energy or mana beams either from his body or from a summonable object. The objects taking more mana to produce. (Takes 25 mana per second, does damage per second as well.) 

• Extreme mana regeneration: An autonomous process his body does to regenerate his mana reserves. The only reason he has a high rate of regeneration is due to both the loss of 8 of his tails and his Kitsune origins. Only kitsune’s are able to have this specific species ability. (Takes no mana but can take energy.) 

• Advanced weapon creation: The ability to create and manipulate any level or weapon except for legendary weapons, due to their unique materials there can only be one legendary weapon of each archetype in the world (unless created through a god) (Takes up to 2,000 mana based on what weapon he makes.) 

• Teleportation: The ability to travel anywhere in an instant, this requires the ability to sense others mana and or to sense their life force/energy. This takes a small amount of mana, however is incredibly taxing on the body, often cannot be used multiple times unless you are teleporting within a 5 mile radius around your original position. (25 mana for 5 mile per usage). (Mana usage/consumption drastically increases based on how far the target is.) 

• Flight: The ability to take to the skies, this enables him to often fly around. While this takes no mana and just requires you to be able to sense the mana in the air. Flying is basically swimming/walking through the invisible mana in the air. (0 Mana) 

• Legendary reformation: The ability to reform someone/thing. (Legendary extra effects: Able to reform someone/massive group of people with all memories of how they were digested and what happened after intact along with them having full energy.) (Legendary costs: This costs the users entire mana/magic energy, causes slight exhaustion, a temporarily reduced mana regeneration and temporarily tiredness.) 

• Illusion magic: Sno is able to create a variety of Illusions, he doesn’t tend to use them due to the mana cost. He’ll only use them if he’s facing either another kitsune or a dangerous opponent. (mana consumption 2,500 per 15 seconds) (Each minute = 10,000 mana used meaning he can only hold illusions for a maximum of 5 minutes at least without using his legendary kimono)

Items on person: 

• Kimonos: A bunch of restoring kimonos mainly as backups for his normal Kimono 

• Potions: Mana restoration, energy restoration, shrinking potions and growth potions. 

• A very special Kimono that used to be owned by his mother that gives him an enhanced mana restoration and reserves. It’s one of the legendary sets of clothing that exists in the world. (Mana level with kimono on (30/20: 1,000,000) (Mana restoration 1,000 per minute) 

• The weather blade: A legendary katana that can be infused with mana to be able to create a random natural effect (Example: Snowstorm, rainstorm, thunderstorm, hail, Fog and etc.) this works well for him due to his immunities to most weather. 

• Smoke bombs: He uses a modified version of smoke bombs, they easily cover a massive area with a thick and dense fog-like substance.
