"Normal" Entities of world can only possess one form of magical affinity, while they are often allowed to use more than one, they can only fully draw out the true potential of the one they were born with. However the one they are born with is the one that holds their strengths and weaknesses. There are a handful of special cases where this is not the case only a few have broken this rule due to how powerful they have become.
This type of magic grants the user the ability to use & control fire, flames (and at more advanced levels control lava or create a mini sun) this form of magic is also known to heal and create things, in recreational professions its often used to heal wounds or forge weapons or items.
However, this affinity of magic is weak against water and earth affinities. The inverse is also true, those affinities have an increased effect against fire magic.
Fire magic is strong against nature and ice magic. It does normal damage to all other affinities not mentioned here.
The extra bad status effect that flame magic can cause is burn. It can burn any and all affinities.
The buff flame magic can cause is restoration and can give a temporary healing factor and a shield against other fire magic users (However this is based on the level of the caster and the attacker. It can take one (If the attacker is more powerful than the caster, or multiple magical fire attacks (If the caster is higher level than the attacker.)
This type of magic grants the user the ability to use & control Water (and at more advanced levels control the ocean) this form of magic is also known to be able to create storms, in recreational professions its often used to make drinks soft or acholic beverages.
It is also a natural form of magic that exists all over the world.
However, this affinity of magic is weak against nature and electric affinities. The inverse is also true, those affinities have an increased effect against watermagic.
Ocean magic is strong against fire and ghost magic. It does normal damage to all other affinities not mentioned here.
The extra bad status effect This form of magic does not currently have a bad status affect assocatied with it.
The buff Ocean magic does also not provide any protections. It can however be used to protect against fire magic.
This type of magic grants the user the ability to use & control Ice and snow (and at more advanced levels Create massive natural effects and avalanches) this form of magic is also known to create ice cream and ice. There are not much other uses for this magic.
This is a form of magic derived from water magic, it is considered to be a sub-species of water magic.
However, this affinity of magic is weak against earth and fire affinities. The inverse is also true, those affinities have an increased effect against Ice magic.
Ice magic is strong against water, Nature and air magic. It does normal damage to all other affinities not mentioned here.
The extra bad status effect that ice magic can cause is Frozen, while all other affinities have a smaller chance of being frozen (With fire magic being the only one that cannot be frozen.) Water, air and Nature affinities all have an increased chance of being frozen.
Ice magic cannot provide any special buffs other than a resistance to being frozen.
This type of magic grants the user the ability to use & control electricity this form of magic is also known to power items and is used in most if not all buildings and Technolgies. It is the most valuable form of magic in the entire world. It is also a natural form of magic that exists all over the world.
However, this affinity of magic is weak against earth and nature affinities. The inverse is also true, those affinities have an increased effect against electric magic.
Electric magic is strong against water and air magic. It does normal damage to all other affinities not mentioned here.
The extra bad status effect that electric magic can cause is jolt and paralysis.
The buff electric magic can cause is a temporary boost to someone's energy along with protection against the weak affinities.
This type of magic grants the user the ability to use & control earth (and at more advanced levels create a Fissures and earthquakes and even make the ground soft and even they are able to create entire landscapes and in rare cases an entire island) this form of magic is also known to make farmland and is used to tend to farmland. It is also a natural form of magic that exists all over the world.
However, this affinity of magic is weak against water and nature affinities. The inverse is also true, those affinities have an increased effect against fire magic.
Earth magic is strong against electric and ice magic. It does normal damage to all other affinities not mentioned here.
This affinity cannot cause any status effects nor can it give any buffs
This type of magic grants the user the ability to use & control nature (and at more advanced levels control the growth of land and even be used to create entire forests) this form of magic is also known to help with harvests and used for medical purposes. It is also a natural form of magic that exists all over the world.
Note: This magic can ONLY be used by fairies and Alarunes(Plant girls).
However, this affinity of magic is weak against fire and ice affinities. The inverse is also true, those affinities have an increased effect against fire magic.
Nature magic is strong against earth and water magic. It does normal damage to all other affinities not mentioned here.
The extra bad status effect that flame magic can cause is lust-crazed, aphrodisiac, Infatuated, lust lost, bound, poisoned and transformed.
The buff nature magic can cause is status curing and immunity to status conditions.
This type of magic grants the user the ability to use & control the air (and at more advanced levels control certain weather patterns and create tornados and hurricanes or even high winds) this form of magic is also known to cause high winds and powerful storms. It is also a natural form of magic that exists all over the world.
Note: This magic can ONLY be used by harpies.
However, this affinity of magic is weak against electric and earth affinities. The inverse is also true, those affinities have an increased effect against fire magic.
Nature magic is strong against nature magic. It does normal damage to all other affinities not mentioned here.
The status condition the air can cause is vortex trapped. Trapping someone within a powerful storm.
This type of magic grants the user the ability to use & control poison this form of magic is also known to create some of the most devastating status conditions.
This is a form of magic derived from nature magic, it is considered to be a sub-species of nature magic.
However, this affinity of magic is weak against Nature affinity. The inverse is also true, those affinities have an increased effect against fire magic.
Poison magic is strong against all other affinities of magic, with only one way to possibly counter it.
The extra bad status effect that poison magic can cause is poison.
This affinity of magic cannot give any special buffs
This type of magic grants the user the ability to use & control spatial rifts (and at more advanced levels create a pocket dimension and even create a whole pocket universe) there is not much else known about this magic due to the type of users that can use this magic.
Note: This form is known only to be used by mimic's, goddesses and demons.
However, this affinity of magic is weak against time, divine and demonic magic.
Spatial magic can not cause any other effects, nor does it have an increased effect against any other forms of magic.
This type of magic grants the user the ability to use & control time. Not much else is known about this form due to how rarely it is used.
Note: This magic is only used by the most powerful and responsible gods and demons, due to both the implications of using it and the changes it can cause.
However, this affinity of magic has no weaknesses, strength or buffs due to it being nearly impossible to counter unless you have a time magic user with you.
The extra bad status effect that time magic can cause is lost in time, this is an incredibly powerful and potent form of status effect. It causes the effected to shift though all time on a daily cycle. This effect is only able to be broken if the affected being sacrifices all of their magic for all of time to break through and set themselves free.
This type of magic is not well understood or known by many except for those who wield it. It cannot simply be found, used and you cannot be born with it. The void choses certain entities that it thinks is capable of using it to its full capabilities, it mainly targets those who have had extremely difficult lives.
However due to its extreme selectiveness and the considerable benefits it gives this form of magic has some major drawbacks. Such as it gives you a weaker form of a random illness, weakened magic and mana regeneration and weakens your body as well these are all temporary effects they can last anywhere feom a couple of hours to a few weeks based on how long you use the power, the max time being six months if you use it for longer than 24 hours. (However due to the massive strain it has on your body no one has been able to use it for more than an hour at a time.) There is also another effect if using it, you will temporarily lose some of yourself depending on when you use it depends on how much of yourself is temporarily lost.
This magic is also only able to be used when you are in one of these three emotional states and the power is also compounded and amplified depending on how many emotional states you are in and depending on the strength of your opponent compared to the user. The emotional states are as follows and they have to be intense emotions of hatred, rage, despair or a combination of all three of them.
Fairy magic is a mixture of multiple different kinds of magic, so it is much easier to make it a new form of magic. Fairy magic is weak agaisnst kitsune magic, but it is also strong against kitsune magic. This is the same for both magic types they counter out each other.
Fairy and Kitsune magic are derived from essentially the same fundamentals as each other just with some minor differences in the applications of the magics and the use of them.
Fairy magic has the following current and KNOWN abilities: Plush TF, shrinking, growth, Illusion casting, Sensory manipulation and deprivation, object TF and hammerspace magic.
Kitsune magic is a mixture of multiple different kinds of magic, so it is much easier to make it a new form of magic. Kitsune magic is weak against fairy magic, but it is also strong against fairy magic. This is the same for both magic types they counter out each other.
Kitsune and Fairy magic are derived from essentially the same fundamentals as each other just with some minor differences in the applications of the magics and the use of them.
Kitsune magic has the following current and KNOWN abilities: Shrinking, growth, Illusion casting, Sensory manipulation and deprivation, object TF, hammerspace magic, Shapeshifting, Soul manipulation, Memory manipulation, EXP draining and Level drain (Lv).
A new form of magic created for certain classes of mages called slayers.
Currently there are a few different classes of slayer they are as follows.
Divine slayer
Demonic slayer
Lamia slayer
Dragon slayer
Kitsune slayer
Fairy slayer
As their names suggest they are strong against the type of being they are named after. They are also resistant against said magic they counter.
Currently they have no known weaknesses but there is only one Slayer mage known to exist (Per type of slayer magic.)
This type of magic is any type of spell has no affinity attached to it. These types of spells are commonly found in scrolls and tend to be basic attacks, healing, reformation and normal everyday magic. They can be used by anyone and everyone.
This form of magic is weak and countered by ghost, illusion and void magic.
This form of magic is a subfamily of Hypnotic magic, however it is a mixture of both Hypnotic and Illusion magic. It is often taking parts from both forms of magic and is only weakened by a being with strong illusion magic resistance.
This magic has a combination of Illusion magic and hypnotic magic to form this special type of magic.
A magic only the true gods and goddesses can use Demi-goddesses can use a very small portion of the Divine magic. Divine and demon magic are both combinations of all of the other magical affinities. Making divine and Demonic the only two with no weaknesses whatsoever
The opposite of divine magic, it functions the exact same way it does but this magic can only be welded by demons, succbui and other demonic creatures. And even a portion of their power they can gift to Demi-demons/succbui.
