Types of areas/buildings: Futuristic cities, fantasy towns, floating/flying cities, underwater cities/areas, Space stations, Space hotels, dungeons, old ruins, abandoned cities. Suburban towns and rural towns and urban cities. Not all of them will be named or even mentioned here but they do exist.
I do allow others to create a home/place in the world if you wish to do so, feel free to ask if you want to create a location in my world and I can see what I can do.
Types of buildings within said locations: Potion/clothing/accessory/item and more shops. Restaurants, service places such as spa’s, movie theaters, entertainment areas, kinky clubs, strip clubs, massive markets (such as Walmart), massive malls, hotels, houses, castles, huts, hospitals & emergency rooms, police/knight stations, barracks, forges, research areas, while there are more to be added for now this is all of the places.

Age: Any OC I create for my world (even the ones that aren't shown here) will be 18+ I will give a couple of them ages but it is mostly in terms for other worlds and not mines.
Respawning/Reformation: In this world everyone has the ability to reform/respawn, most of the more experienced preds have a pred-scape that acts like a hub for souls that are reforming. While there are some ways people can't be reformed often times most will leave some sort of backdoor for their prey to reform. However this system only extends to certain beings within the world, other entities such as basic slimes, basic monsters and other creatures do not have the reformation system, meaning when they are eaten. There are obviously other ways to end up being defeated/killed which will put you into the universal soul-scape which will reform you in a shorter period of time than a personal soul-scape (Pred-scape) that is subject to the pred and what rules they wish to put onto their scape.
Reformation crystals: There is another reformation system that is a safer option yet it is a bit expensive based on the type of reformation crystal you purchase. You can purchase one for anywhere from a single charge to a "Unlimited" charge, the unlimited charges have a set amount of charges before you have to recharge them while they do allow a free recharge based on how many reforms you add to the crystal. You are at least allowed to charge two per day for free. However the crystal system can be abused if the pred eats the crystal or if someone steals it and puts it into a dangerous spot, while the crystals are indestructible they are not fully immune to magical or physical manipulation.
Party/patrol vehicles: These are large truck/charter bus sized vehicles, the patrol vehicles are for the police and knights who use them for patrolling of the city and surrounding areas and as a mobile base of operations when needed. As for the Party vehicles every guild owns one and they can hold up to 50 party members in them (There are even larger ones that can hold up to 250 for larger guilds). You can rent the vehicles for smaller parties and such.
Healing pods: They are small pods for healing that are similar to tanning beds, stomachs or other things that are comfortable to those who use them. In most public areas they are tanning beds, in some private and public areas they are shaped like bellies mostly to save space. They can heal any and all injuries however it does take some time to heal it can be up to a month based on the type of pod and the severity of the wound. However the healing pods can not heal illnesses they can only temporarily halt their progression.
Weather protection/evasion systems: All buildings within this world have protection against natural disasters, they are equipped to use their magic or technology to avoid and incoming storm. They often predict the storm about 48 hours before it hits, the owner of the building can instate it immediately if they wish.
