Students all over the world are thinking about how to plan their career start and find an interesting job in a promising company.
This project intends to raise student’s awareness of how important may be for their future a smooth and successful transition from college to the labor market.
Our approach is mainly practical in nature, but we will also introduce some basic theoretical and methodological aspects related to the labor market and how to obtain and analyze data. In addition, we have organized the project in a way that we will maximize the learning potential provided by working in intercultural groups.

Students end up having a clear understanding of the situation of young graduates in their respective labor markets.
Students are able to describe the “technical” part of the process of job search (from self-evaluation to the selection interview)

Student become familiar with the concept of “competences” and are able to detect what are firms looking for.
Students understand how firms recruit new employees and what they expect from them.
