. Strategies and motivation in job search: the student perspective
Period: March 1st – March 29th
Meeting: 29 March
Meeting platform: MS Teams
Delivery date: March 28th
Platform for deliverable: Slack (see "Tools")
Instructions:
You will work in international team. The teachers will assign you to an international team (with URV students and RFTA students).
You will have 4 weeks for this stage.
Between March 1st and March 14th you should contact members of your international team online through one of the tools provided (Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc.) to organize and prepare your task.
On March 15th each team will have its own meeting (remember to create the room yourselves!) to discuss process of doing tasks, results and plans.
You will make a short questionnaire for survey. Professors will participate in this meeting and will answer all your questions.
You have to arrange several meetings (except March 15th) to discuss and prepare the deliverable.
You send / upload the deliberable on time.
The Professors will give you information about job searching process and rules for survey design and will help you reach other graduates.
What should we take into account for this activity?
The time difference until March 13th between Moscow and Tarragona is 2h. You should consider this when planning your meetings.
Your conversations and work together should be done face-to-face and live (through Zoom or Teams, for example) whenever possible. Interactive real-time/audiovisual exchange and communication is essential for full cross-cultural experience and learning.
During this stage you will obtain information from graduates – so it is necessary to have enough time to conduct a survey and analyze the results.
