Instructions:
You will work in international team.
You will have 1 week for this stage.
Between April 19th and April 26th you should contact members of your international team online through one of the tools provided (Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc.) to organize and prepare your task.
You have to arrange several meetings to discuss and prepare the deliverable.
You send / upload the deliberable on time.
What should we take into account for this activity?
The time difference after March 13th between Moscow and Tarragona is 1h. You should consider this when planning your meetings.
Your conversations and work together should be done face-to-face and live (through Zoom or Teams, for example) whenever possible. Interactive real-time/audiovisual exchange and communication is essential for full cross-cultural experience and learning.
Task 4.1: How ready are students for a successful entry into the labor market?
Discuss critically (and of course respectfully) how well your degree provides you with the skills needed in the labor market (team)
Discuss how ready are the graduates for the process of job search (team)
Task 4.2: What should students do to improve their possibilities in the labor market?
Elaborate a list of the recommendations students must follow in order to maximize their success in the transition from university to work (team)
Discuss how to create a Guide with the different steps detected (team)

DELIVERABLE 4:
Upload to slack a Presentation on April 25
One presentation from each of the international teams with:
The GUIDE
Discussion during the meeting (April 26th) on the presentation and results, comparative analysis. Basic questions:
How ready are students for a successful entry into the labor market?
What should students do to improve their possibilities in the labor market?
Which labor market is friendlier to young people and why?
Does it depend on gender?
In which labor market would you rather find a job?
Presentation time is 10 minutes

You look for sources of information by yourself in your team
Reflection (not evaluated by peers)
What experience have you gained working in international teams?
What competencies have been developed?
What was the best thing about the international COIL course, international teams?
What was the most difficult, where we have something to work on?
How will this activity be evaluated?
Teams will evaluate each other's public presentation and quality of the deliverables and team contribution to the discussion
Evaluation criteria
Deliverable 4: 30 points (15 points - team report and presentation + 15 points -discussion)
