How are the activities organized?

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

To earn credit for the experience and obtain the certificate of participation from the universities, you must complete all activities and actively collaborate with your international colleagues.

It is your responsibility as a participant to:

• Follow up on the activities, the instructions of the teaching team and the participation of your classmates.

• Plan and organize your time and activities in order to complete them on or before the deadlines.

• Make sure to obtain the contact information of your teammates and establish a constant line of communication with them, to organize and plan the delivery of collaborative activities in a timely manner, taking into account time zone differences.

• Maintain a respectful, honest and professional attitude towards the work of your peers, as well as towards the teaching staff.

• Ensure that your contributions are active, critical, analytical and thoughtful. What you say in each contribution should go beyond a superficial comment, and should be proposed with etiquette and education.

PEER ASSESSMENT:

The teams will evaluate each other's results following the criteria below. Please fill one form per team after each deliverable presentation:

• Deliverable 1: 15 points (8 points - team report and presentation + 7 points -discussion) - FILL ONE FORM PER TEAM

• Deliverable 2: 20 points (10 points - team report and presentation + 10 points -discussion) - FILL ONE FORM PER TEAM

• Deliverable 3: 20 points (10 points - team report and presentation + 10 points -discussion) - FILL ONE FORM PER TEAM

• Deliverable 4: 30 points (15 points - team report and presentation + 15 points -discussion). - FILL ONE FORM PER TEAM
