Chen-HAgiwara Mood Test (CHAMT)
陳-萩原気分調査(CHAMT)は、感情の感情価-覚醒度2次元説に基づき、感情価のみを評価する「快(Pleasure)」と、感情価と覚醒度の組み合わせで生じる「リラックス(Relaxation)」 (正の感情価と負の覚醒度)、「活気(Vigor)」 (正の感情価と正の覚醒度)の三項目で構成されます(下記図参照)。
従来の感情価と覚醒度を個別に評価するものと比べ、気分向上効果をより緻密に評価できます。また、複数回の回答による干渉を避けるため、刻みのない長さ10cmのvisual analog scaleを用いて、前述の三項目について「たった今、あなたはどう感じていますか」と評価しています。それぞれの左端は「非常に不快な」、「非常に緊張している」、「非常に精神的に疲れている」、右端が「非常に快い」、「非常にリラックスしている」、「非常に活気がある」となっており、当てはまると感じたところに×印をつけてもらい、左端から印までの距離(mm)を気分の尺度(0-100)として数値化できます。
