The screen strainer was a few bucks from Goodwill.

Fan, power cord, grommets from junk drawer I had.
Fan is really old, can't find any real information on it.  Thought about buying a high velocity fan to see if it would be better, but this one already sometimes blows a few beans out of the bucket, so decided I didn't need any more velocity.

Air flow was bad if the bottom wasn't far lifted at least a few inches from the ground.

Luckily I had a metal screen that came with the air fryer I bought for the SCTO, so I used that and it works great.

Just had to cut a hole in the bottom of the pail, put the fan in the bottom.  

Drilled two holes, and added 2 grommets to protect the cord.

I can cool a 270 gram roast in about 2.5 mins.
