venue security policies for all guest, graduates and faculty/staff
EVERYONE ENTERING THE VENUE WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A SECURITY CHECK OF METAL DETECTORS AND HAVE THEIR BAGS INSPECTED PRIOR TO ENTERING.
Prohibited Items:
The following is a partial list of items that are prohibited at all Watsco Center events and is subject to change. For the safety of our guests, the Watsco Center does not permid the following items to the Arena:
Bags- NO larger than 12" X 12" or backpacks, duffle bags, or suite cases
NO weapons, pepper spray/mace, flares, fireworks, spray paint, etc.
NO outside food or beverages
NO containers of any kind, including plastic bottles, cans, flasks, coolers
NO drugs or illegal substances
NO pamphlets, product samples
NO skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, helmets, chairs, beach balls.
NO laptop/tablet computers, 2-way radios, laser pointers, flashlights
NO balloons
NO noise making devices: air horns, drums, whistles, etc.
NO signs, flags, banners, posters
NO animals are allowed inside the venue, unless they are a service animal
*NO baby strollers or carries are allowed inside the venue; they may be checked in at out VIP Lobby, but they cannot be brought into the venue.
