REASONS WHY YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE YOUR CAP & GOWN:
FAILURE TO SUBMIT YOUR FIELD TRIP FORM (Due April 16)
Include your preferred email address in the submission form. This is where you will receive your graduation photos.
OUTSTANDING FEES: All outstanding fees must be paid by May 7th
Go to the main office and ask Ms. Botero or Ms. Gonzalez what you owe
When you are ready to pay, you will visit Ms. Botero or Ms. Gonzalez, in the main office and ask them to move the Fees you owe to your OSP account. At that time you will pay your fees with her assistance.
Bring a debit or credit card to pay. NO CASH.
COUNSELOR CLEARANCE: Students must meet the following academic requirements by May 7th to retrieve their cap and gown.
2.0 GPA
Pass FAST/Algebra 1 EOC or concordant
Pass all required high school courses- 24 credit minimum
Submitted 20 community service hours on record
TABLETS: Tablets are due by May 7th in Building 9.
If you need to extend your tablet rental due to testing, you must see Mr. Martinez in room 9106 to request an extension by May 7th.
PINK CARDS
If you have a pink card, contact your teacher
A pink card can be issued for any of the following reasons:
Do not meet the minimum GPA requirement
Didn't fulfill community service requirement
Failing a class.
The last day for teachers to issue a pink card is May 1st.
INCOMPLETE CAP SURVEY
Completing the CAP survey serves as your OFFICIAL REQUEST for FINAL TRANSCRIPTS. The survey will ask you about the financial aid you received, scholarships etc.
In order TO ENSURE ACCURATE DELIVERY OF FINAL TRANSCRIPTS, students must bring their original copy of their social security card to Ms. Lissette Labarca by May 7th.
You must complete this survey as soon as possible and in one sitting. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
The survey will close at 2:20 pm on May 7th.
All seniors must also update their enrollment outcomes on SCOIR.
SCOIR POST GRAD PLAN (must be completed on a laptop by May 7th)
If you ARE attending a college/university...
Students must sign in and click on "My Colleges"
Once you click on "My Colleges." Specify where you're attending college/university.
Click on the college you plan to enroll in and click "Mark as Enrolling".
If you ARE NOT attending a college/university after graduation...
Once you sign in, click "Home"
On the right side of the screen, click on the right arrow
Click on the button that reads, "Share your plan"
Once you click on "share your plan," please complete the questions.
Decorum Form
The distribution date for CLEARED students to pick up their CAP & GOWN and four graduation tickets from room 9227 is on May 18th. Pick up for non-IB students will be from 8AM-12PM and pick up for IB students will be from 12PM-1PM.
