The distribution date for CLEARED students to pick up their CAP & GOWN and four graduation tickets from room 9312 is on May 18th.
On this day you MUST bring the attached form completed and signed by a parent to receive your Cap & Gown.
Cleared seniors who ordered their Cap & Gown can pick up their cap, gown and their four graduation tickets on May 18th from room 9312.
Pick-up will be in alphabetical order and will be posted on Teams throughout the day. TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS.
Non-IB Student Pick Up: 8AM-12PM
IB Students: 12PM-2PM
If you get cleared to pick up your Cap & Gown after May 19th, the only other date and time that you can come is
May 21 between 7:30AM-10:30AM.
If you did not preorder your Cap & Gown:
Once you are cleared, you will receive an email from Ms. Figueroa on or after May 13th.
Herff Jones has a new procedure to pick up your Cap & Gown. If you intend on walking and renting your Cap & Gown, you must:
Once you receive an email from Ms. Figueroa that you are cleared to graduate, pick up the signed authorization form that you must take to Herff Jones from Ms. Figueroa on May 13.
Call Herff Jones and make an appointment for after May 13.
In order to receive your graduation tickets, you must come to room 9312 with your physical Cap & Gown in hand on
May 21 between 7:30AM-10:30AM
This is the only date and time that you can pick up your graduation tickets. You will not be given tickets if you do not physically bring the Cap & Gown that you purchased at Herff Jones.
IN ORDER TO PICK UP YOUR DIPLOMA, YOU MUST TURN IN YOUR GRADUATION GOWN. Only the student or the parent of a student can pick up the diploma.
The dates to pick up your diploma and drop off your gown are:
June 3rd (Last Name A-L)
June 4th (Last Name M-Z)
from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM in the 6000 cafeteria.
