In order to be marked as excused for June 1 - June 5 (after graduation), click here to print, complete and submit the field trip form. This must be completed by April 16 2:20 PM. If you fail to complete this, you will need to report to school until the school year ends on June 5. The email address submitted will be the email address that you receive your graduation photos at.
The distribution date for CLEARED students to pick up their CAP & GOWN and four graduation tickets from room 9227 is on May 18th.
On this day you MUST bring the attached form completed and signed by a parent to receive your Cap & Gown.

Do's
Do bring your tassel, cap, and medallion.
Do arrive at the venue and report to your designated academy by 1PM
Do make sure you follow all dress code rules. Anyone outside of the dress code will not participate in the ceremony.
Dont's
Don't bring any extra articles (cell phones, purses, cameras, wallets, etc.)
Don't inappropriately gesture, yell, throw caps, etc. This will result in your diploma being withheld.
Don't wear unauthorized regalia
Don't alter your cap & gown in any way
Gentlemen - Do not forget to wear a necktie
