Meet with the President/Officer Board to discuss the Webmaster’s role and current tech needs.

Ensure admin/moderator access to the club’s Discord server and Google Site.
Create a backup of the website and server settings before making major changes.
Organize website content by sections (events, resources, about, contacts, FAQs, etc.).
Set up a test environment (private website page or Discord test channel) for experimenting.
Review and update channel organization (e.g., announcements, general chat, event info).
Set clear rules and guidelines, pin them in a rules channel, and enforce them.
Assign moderation roles and ensure proper permissions are set for officers and members.
