UCR ADVANCES 2 CHESS TEAMS INTO NATIONAL CCL PLAYOFFS

Chess Club at UCR has two teams that has advanced into the CCL playoffs!
UCR Team A finished their regular season with 6 match points (out 7 possible), securing the top-seed in their respective group's divisional standings. They will participate in Division 5 quarterfinals on April 3.
UCR Team B also has advanced into the playoffs. They will be playing in the Division 6 playoffs on April 3.

Since 2018, Chess Club at UCR has hosted and played in collegiate chess tournaments - including the Collegiate Chess League (CCL) and California Intercollegiate Chess League (CICL).
