CHEA & the County Association's Golden Age Prom

WHEN?: Thursday, September 24th, 2026 SHIFT 1: 4pm-7pm

SHIFT 2: 6pm-9pm

WHERE?: The Legacy Club

WHAT?: Spend the night socializing and dancing with our amazing local senior citizens at the CHEA & County Assoc. Golden Age Prom

To volunteer, you must email dbarr@chclc.org by 9/22 at 3pm

PTA Mum Organization & Distribution

WHEN?: Wednesday, September 30th, 2026

Shift 1: 2:30pm-4:00pm

Shift 2: 4:00pm-5:00pm

Shift 3: 5:00pm-6:00pm

**You can do 1, 2 or all 3 shifts**

WHERE?: Front Field (between the Student Entrance & Main Entrance)

WHAT?: Interact Club members will help the PTA unload the flowers,

organize the orders by last name, and distribute them

Back to School Chalk Art

WHEN?: Wednesday, September 16th, 2026 from 2:30pm-4:15pm

WHERE?: Student Entrance Sidewalk

WHAT?: Interact Club members will "chalk the walk" to welcome everyone to Back to School Night

Bring disposable gloves (only if you don't want to get your hands chalky), WATER (you will get thirsty if it's hot outside), and any extra sidewalk chalk you want to use (we have enough, but you are welcome to bring your own)

Freshman/New Student Tours

On August 5th, 12th and 19th, 2026, Interact Club Members (outgoing students who were active in the club during the 2025-26 school year were selected) will be leading tours around the school for incoming Freshmen and New Students.

Rotary CANstruction

WHAT? Rotary CANstruction

WHEN? Saturday, June 27th

WHERE? Deptford Mall

WHAT? We worked with our sponsor, the Rotary Club of Cherry Hill, to build a CANstruction to fit the 2026 theme, "America 250" (designed by Rotarian, Dave Lummis)

*Canstruction is a nonprofit organization that hosts annual competitions, showcasing structures made entirely of cans of food.

ALL 2,500 cans that we use to build our Canstruction were donated to the Food Bank of South Jersey

We used 2,500 cans to build Dave Lummis' design of Independence Hall this year. This year's design won for: BEST STRUCTURAL INGENUITY and BEST ORIGINAL DESIGN
