We joined forces with CommUNITY SJP (http://communitysjp.org/) on August 16th, 2020 to make & collect sandwiches for families in need. We ended up donating 781 sandwiches!
On September 7th, 2020, Interact Club masked up and got together to decorate the sidewalks of Cherry Hill HS East with positivity for the first day of school.
We mailed out 200 postcards to voters in Texas on Wednesday, OCTOBER 21st, 2020 to encourage them to cast their vote in the November 3rd Presidential Election.
We cleaned up the trash outside of Cherry Hill HS East on
October 28th, 2020 from 3:00pm - 4:00pm
for our annual "Hallowcleanup" event.
We helped bring cheer and joy to a senior citizen's holiday season by making homemade cards! Cards were distributed to seniors receiving home care in the South Jersey Region on December 16th, 2020. Sponsored by The Thrive Network and ComForCare Home Care

"Cozy Kindness" Winter Wear Donation Drive
We donated New or Gently Used Scarves, Hats, Jackets, Gloves, Sweaters & Sweatshirts and NEW ONLY Socks and Underwear for children and adults. All donations went to New Covenant Ministries Camden Street Ministry
We donated 54 Love Letter Kits total!
Started by NJ student Jordan Grabelle of Voorhees. The purpose of the project is to equip families in need with handmade literacy kits to make teaching the letters of the alphabet easy and fun! Love Letters sets out to change the fact that lower-income children may know only 1 or 2 letters of the alphabet when entering kindergarten, compared to middle class children who know all 26!
We put together a total of 145 Dog Chew Toy kits for Congregation Beth El's MLK Day of Service projects on Monday, January 18th, 2021.
1. Get a t-shirt (the more colorful, the better)
2. Cut off hems, collar & sleeves of shirt (should leave 2 separated pieces of fabric—front and back of shirt)
3. Cut 1 inch slits going across the bottom of the shirt.
4. Using the slits you just made, cut vertically up the shirt to make strips

We sent 30 typed letters to First Responders and sent to Rosa's Builders Club on February 27th
**Rosa's Community Service Club is baking/donating cookies, and will print our letters to send out to the First Responders, along with the baked goods

*We filled our giant Tools for School Supply Drive Box up all the way to the top! We had to sort it into multiple boxes & bags for our "tools for School" friends.
One side of the notecard has the equation and the other side has the answer.
The students had fun, were creative, used colors, images and stencils, and made them look exciting! (When using marker, 2 notecards had to be glued together, or else the marker would have bled through)
We worked with Rosa Middle School's Builders Club and CH West Community Service to create Math Flash Cards (addition, subtraction and multiplication) for Grades K-2 in local elementary schools. We made Flash Cards for all numbers from 0-12 (which makes 13 total flashcards per set).
Students wrote letters to teacher/staff members at Cherry Hill High School East who made an impact on them.
Over 100 letters were written & ALL the letters were placed in the teacher mailboxes on Monday, May 3rd for Teacher Appreciation Week (May 3rd - 7th, 2021)
CH East Interact Club Members met up at Bret Harte Elementary School on June 10th, 2021 to meet with Ms. Fowles & her Students (Grades K-5).
We painted “Kindness Rocks" with positive messages & Images, and played some games, too!
