What: Have you ever wondered about how your cell phone vibrates? This activity provides you with an introduction to series circuits and motors while making a BouncyBot using a medicine cup, vibrating motor and a battery. (The vibrating motor is similar to what is used in cell phones and video game controllers.) Through this activity you will learn about Electrical Engineering. An electrical engineer designs, develops, tests and manages the manufacturing of electrical equipment and systems, such as electric motors, smartphones and power generation equipment.
