Hydroponics with MTU (K-2 student focused)
Join us for another free, virtual event! Chaska Women in STEM are hosting the Society of Women Engineers from Michigan Technical University on Monday, March 15th from 5:30-6:00 pm. Students will receive a kit with supplies to construct a small hydroponics system to grow edible microgreens- that's a fancy way of saying, we're going to grow teeny, tiny plants we can eat without using soil. MTU students will guide the process. This session has an optional follow up on Monday, March 22nd from 5:30-6:00 pm to share how much their plants have grown.
