Empowering Kids Together
We seek community partners who share our vision of moving medicine forward for all kids.
Funding is needed to support full-time operation of this clinic as well as a dedicated speech pathologist for clinic patients. In addition, funding would support a case manager to manage referrals, interface with insurance companies, and follow-up with patients.
Your investment will help provide evidence-based clinical care so that children with Down syndrome can reach their full potential.
