29-07-2021 Charlas AyTBUAP, un nuevo proyecto

RESUMEN
Como respuesta a la solicitudes de diversos colegas del ambiente científico y estudiantil de continuar con la serie de charlas que se han organizado por parte de Alianzas y Tendencias BUAP (AyTBUAP) y debido a la pandemia ocasionada por el virus SARS-CoV-2. Hemos decidido abrir un espacio virtual dentro de la revista donde se depositen todas las charlas organizadas por AyTBUAP. Dado que la revista es de carácter científico-multidisciplonario, se aceptan propuestas de conferencias para todas las disciplinas científicas. Se propone el siguiente mecanismo que por supuesto irá madurando en el camino a fin de garantizar la calidad de las ponencias:
1) Enviar un resumen de su propuesta a aytbuap@gmail.com, para ser analizado por dos miembros del comité editorial
2) Los evaluadores indicarán recomendaciones y solicitarán reenvío del resumen.
3) Si el comité considera que la charla es apropiada para AyTBUAP se procederá a realizar la charla, esta deberá ser grabada y se aceptan las siguientes grabaciones: Charla sin público, charla con un miembro del comité editorial, charla con público. La plataforma para grabar la charla podrá ser la de preferencia del ponente, o bien AyTBUAP podrá grabar la charla en caso de que así lo solicite el ponente.
4) Se procederá a anotar la charla dentro de la plataforma a fin de indizarla.
Este proyecto tiene el fin de difundir el conocimiento desde una plataforma que otorgue un respaldo válido de la actividad científica. Sin embargo, las opiniones de cada ponente son responsabilidad del mismo. cabe destacar que las ponencias podrán ser tanto en inglés como en español, en acuerdo con la preferencia de lenguaje del ponente.
Esperamos contar con el apoyo internacional para que esta actividad florezca a lo largo del tiempo.

ABSTRACT
In response to the requests of several colleagues from the scientific and academic environment to continue with the series of talks that have been organized by the Alianzas y Tendencias BUAP (AyTBUAP) journal and due to the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, we have decided to open a virtual space within the magazine where all the talks organized by AyTBUAP can be recorded. Since the journal is scientific-multidisciplinary in nature, conference proposals are accepted for all scientific disciplines. The following process is proposed, which of course will mature along the way in order to guarantee the quality of the presentations:
1) Send a summary of your proposal to aytbuap@gmail.com so it can be analyzed by two members of the editorial committee.
2) The evaluators will indicate recommendations and request resubmission of the abstract.
3) If the committee considers that the talk is appropriate for AyTBUAP, the proposal will be accepted and it must be recorded. The following recordings are accepted: Talk without an audience, talk with a member of the editorial committee, talk with an audience. The platform to record the talk may be of the speaker's preference, or AyTBUAP may record the talk if the speaker requests so.
4) The talk will be registered in the platform in order to perform indexing.
This project has the purpose of disseminating knowledge from a platform that provides valid support for scientific activity. However, the opinions of each speaker are their responsibility. It should be noted that the presentations may be in both English and Spanish, depending on the speaker’s preference.
We hope to have international support for this activity to flourish over time.
