System: Glory Road Roleplay

Setting: Urban, Old Meyoss

I used the point-buy optional system that was popular at the turn of the century, although I don't think any group uses it now. I rolled her Size normally. I had 55 points to use for her three basic attributes and 90 for her six derived attributes. Her basic attributes add up to 56 because her player, me, took the option available to women characters of trading two points of Size for one point of Constitution. I chose to create a Mage. I did not assign a value of less than nine to any attribute. The points for the derived attributes represent one part of the formula for each attribute, so the attributes add up to more than ninety.

This was randomized: Background: She was born in midtown Old Meyoss, in the apartment building on the NW corner of Sixth Street and North Avenue. Her parents are minor government officials. They are a Mothi-speaking family that follows the Church of the Faceless God.

I named her after a scrum-half on the Italian women's Rugby Union team, although poor Aliya would be killed on the Rugby pitch.
