The Day Part Director is responsible for coaching all Team Members, Learning Coaches and Team Leaders on
operational imperatives. This includes:
• Top 20% Customer Experience Monitor (CEM) scores
• Execution of systems that creates a REMARKable experience for each guest
• Daily conduction of eRQA and SAFE
• Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the kitchen
• Inventory Management
• End of Month counts and inputs
• Maintaining accurate transfer logs
• Oversee the schedule for the Front and Back of House
• Ensure forecast is being used and hours are scheduled accordingly
• Follow and adhere to the Florida Labor Laws
• Daily monitoring of labor hours used
• Scheduling and agenda prep for Team Leader meetings and Assistant Director coaching
• Scheduling and agenda preparation for Director Meetings and Team Leader Meetings
• Preparing weekly e-mail update for leadership
• Deliver Weekly Reports
• Drive Thru Comparison Report
• CEM Scores (Rolling 30 or 90)
• Day Track Report
• eRQA and SAFE
• Deliver Monthly Reports
• Food Cost Report
• Talent Investment Report
• Build talent pipeline within team, recognizing and developing individuals with leadership potential
• Aligning daily practices of Front of House, Back of House and Drive Thru with the vision of the organization
Meeting Disciplines:
• Bi-Weekly: Meets with the Team Leader Group
• Opposite Weeks: One on Ones w/ Team Leaders

Team Leaders are responsible for assisting the Director team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each guest has an outstanding experience. Team Leaders are responsible for supervising assigned areas for an entire shift.
• Running shifts effectively
• Counting drawers
• Counting change fund at every day part
• Holding the team to the standard of Rob's core convictions
• Managing day to day tasks
• Running daily contests for lunch and dinner and provide rewards
• Properly handling CARES calls and customer complaints in the restaurant
• Managing labor effectively
• Facilitating daily cleaning tasks
• Attending and contributing at Team Leader meetings
• Establishing accountability with Team Members
• Maintaining a fun work environment
• Communicating expectations to the team, ranging from Team Members to Directors
