MEET OUR OPERATOR

Rob Morris began his career with Chick-fil-A at the age of 17 in Coral Springs, FL. Morris graduated from Florida State University in 1997 and in 1998 became one of the youngest franchisees in Chick-fil-A history. His career as an operator began in Midland, TX. After "turning around" a difficult franchise in Midland, he spent 4 years in Atlanta, GA before opening South Florida's first free-standing Chick-fil-A in 2004. Currently, Morris owns and operates two restaurants in West Palm Beach and he consults for a third location. Morris is best known for using his franchises to provide exceptional leadership development opportunities for young college graduates. 17 current Chick-fil-A franchise Operators, and 5 Corporate staff members learned and developed under his tutelage.

Morris serves on the board of directors of Global Leadership, an NGO which works with entrepreneurs in Ukraine and China. He is also on the board of directors at Urban Youth Impact, an NGO serving underprivileged inner city youth in West Palm Beach, FL. Furthermore, he serves on the Advisory Board at Palm Beach Atlantic University's Rinker School of Business and has served on the Franchisee Advisory Board of Chick-fil-A CEO, Dan Cathy.

His wife, Jennifer, is a leadership consultant, and works with leaders around the United States. Rob and Jennifer have 3 children, R.J., Megan, and Allie.
