2020 VISION

In 2020, our organization will generate annual sales of $15 million and will be comprised of 250+ employees. Our leadership team will consist of fifty energetic, dynamic, and ambitious leaders who execute the Raving Fans strategy on both sides of the counter. The recruitment, development, and training of our leadership staff will further cement our reputation as innovators and market leaders. We will intently focus on leadership development for those who desire long term careers with me and for those who desire to use our restaurants as springboards to other careers. By 2020, twenty of our “alumni” will serve as Chick-fil-A Operators or Support Center Staff.

Our branding and recruiting efforts will ensure that we remain the employer of choice for Palm Beach Atlantic students. We will also strategically recruit from colleges and universities around the United States. Our team will be a reflection of our diverse community and we will provide remarkable opportunities regardless of ethnicity. We will set the bar for talent in the Palm Market and in the Southeast Region.

From a quality and customer satisfaction standpoint, we will continue to lead South Florida Chick-fil-A’s in all measurable categories. Specifically, we will continue our sharp focus on Operational Excellence and Chick-fil-A’s Raving Fans Strategy. Every customer who walks through the door will be wowed by the high-quality food, by the speed of service, the refreshingly clean environment, and by the high-caliber Team Members. We will have the #1 and #2 Drive-Thru's in the Palm Market at all times.

In terms of profitability, we will continue to maximize our opportunities in the challenging cost climate of South Florida. With flawless attention to detail, we will execute all appropriate Chick-fil-A profit systems and reach our net profit goal of 13%.
