Heather Khadij | Chief Marketing Officer

Heather serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for both Chick-fil-A Palm Beach Lakes and Chick-fil-A Okeechobee & Turnpike. Her Chick-fil-A story began in 2016, right after the birth of her son Malachi.
She and her husband, Charbel, have been married for 7 years. Throughout her employment at Chick-fil-A, Heather has been working hard to achieve her personal goals, and she will graduate this summer with a Bachelor in Organizational Management degree.
When Heather isn't spending time utilizing her amiable personality to make connections with our guests and in our community, she can be found taking a weekend trip to Disney or watching a good Hallmark movie!
Kasey Heinl | Chief People Officer

Kasey currently serves as the Chief People Officer for both Chick-fil-A Palm Beach Lakes and Chick-fil-A Okeechobee & Turnpike. She began her Chick-fil-A career in college, when she and some friends applied. During these college years, she earned a degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Cross-Cultural Studies. Kasey also serves now as a ServSafe Proctor and Instructor.
Kasey and her husband of 3 years, Caleb, have 2 cats, Kitty and Little. Country line dancing, reading a good book, or eating some southern cuisine is where Kasey can be found in her time outside of work. Her mentor, Christine, is especially influential in Kasey's life. She is an encourager, friend, and offers her a different perspective that Kasey is able to glean from.
Kasey's fun personality plays a huge aspect in the organization by bringing the team together and rallying them around vision and purpose.
Jadah Freeman | Compliance Officer

Jadah currently serves as the Compliance Officer for both Chick-fil-A on Palm Beach Lakes & Chick-fil-A Okeechobee and Turnpike. She began her career with Chick-fil-A as a 16 year old Team Member. It didn't take long for her to realize the opportunities that were available within the organization, and she began pursuing leadership.
Jadah is certified in Hospitality & Tourism Management. Not only was she an Honor Society Graduate and Member for 4 years, she also graduated in the top 6% of her class.
Jadah is very close with her family! She has four sisters, and enjoys traveling, participating in their church, and playing games with them. She loves to plan events and vacations, and strives to live every day to the fullest!
Jadah looks up to her coworker, Kasey Heinl, for being a person who demonstrates professionalism at all times and for taking time to show her the ropes of training and organization within the business.

Jess Hine | Executive Administrator

Jess is currently the Executive Administrator for both Chick-fil-A Palm Beach Lakes and Chick-fil-A Okeechobee & Turnpike. Originally from New Jersey, Jess moved to South Florida to attend Palm Beach Atlantic University. It was there that she earned a bachelors degree in Psychology in 2009.
When she isn't spending time ensuring the administrative success of our restaurants, Jess can be found hosting her friends, cooking/baking, or enjoying the beach! She is the youngest of three siblings, all of which are still based in New Jersey. She is inspired by many people; Lysa Terkeurst, Lara Casey, and Heather Avis to name a few.
Jess's bubbly personality allows her to be an uplifting and encouraging spirit within the organization.
