CHECK METER FOR LEAKS

Turn off all the water inside your house.  Then go to your meter box and lift the lid.  When looking at the meter, there is a small blue leak detector wheel.  After a few minutes, if it starts to spin, you may have a leak.  Also, if the meter odometer digits on the right side are turning,  you may have a leak.  There should be a shut off valve just before the meter on the property owner's side for shut off.
