Please feel free to drop by the office or call during business hours Monday - Thursday (8:00am - 4:00pm) at 831-688-2767.

If you choose to visit the office, we are located at 400 Cox Road, nearest cross street is Valencia Road.

You can contact the Central Water District to report a water emergency (e.g. an open hydrant or water main break) during or after hours at 831-688-2767.

The office is closed on Fridays but the staff members working in the field will make themselves available at the office for pre-arranged appointments.

California Senate Bill 272

Beginning July 1, 2016, agencies must create a catalog listing the enterprise information systems they utilize and specific information about each system. This new requirement, outline in Government Code section 6270.5 defines an "enterprise system" as a software application or computer system that collects, stores, exchanges and analyzes information a public agency uses that is both:

  1. a multi-departmental system or a system that contains information collected about the public;
  2. and a system of record, meaning that it is an original source of data within an agency.
