Become a CELLS Student Leader

Section 1: Anyone shall not be qualified for Chairman and Vice Chairman (Internal and

External) unless he/she:

1.1 Must be a Bonafide student of Batangas State University – The National

Engineering University – Rosario.

1.2 Must be a resident of the University for at least one year for four-year

courses, respectively.

1.3 Must be a non-graduating student at the time of the election period.

1.4 Must have a General Weighted Average of at least 2.50 for Chairman and

Vice Chairman for Internal and External and has no deficient subject during

the last term attended and enrolled with an academic load of at least 10

units during the electoral period and the succeeding semesters or as

prescribed by their curriculum.

1.5 Must not have any failing grade from the preceding term.

Section 2: Secretary Deputy and General, Treasurer, Auditor, P.R.O, Business Manager

for Income Generation, and six (6) Directors shall have the following qualifications:

2.1 Must be a bona fide student of the Batangas State University.

2.2 Must be enrolled with an academic load of at least 10 units during the

electoral period.

2.3 Must have a General Weighted Average of 2.50 for Secretary Deputy and

General, Treasurer, Auditor, P.R.O, Business Manager for Income Generation,

and Directors and has no deficient subject during the last term attended.
