ARTICLE III – MEMBERSHIP

Section 1. This organization shall be open to all education students.

Section 2. Members of the organization shall be called CELLIANS who radiate Energy,

Helper, Stimulator, and Bright-headed individuals. 

Section 3. Effectively membership shall be valid until the member is enrolled in

CELLS and has duly paid his membership due to the organization.

Section 4. Membership fee shall be Php 50.00 per semester and is subject to change

every year.

ARTICLE IV – RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS

Section 1. Every member shall see to it that the objectives of this organization are fully

promoted.

Section 2. Every member must be aware and supportive of every undertaking of the

organization.

Section 3. Every member must attend the meeting upon the request of the organization.

Section 4. Democracy shall prevail in every proceeding of the meeting. Therefore,

every member, in formal proceedings, has the right to express his opinions, share his

ideas, and opinions, and discuss problems that concern the organization.

Section 5. Every member shall abide by the rules and regulations of this organization. 

Section 6. Every member shall be loyal and sincere to the association at all times, to its

constitution, and contribute to its development and welfare.

Section 7. Every member will actively participate in every undertaking of the

organization.

Section 8. All the rights and privileges that will be set and agreed upon will be given to

the members.
