HISTORY OF CELLS
The Circle of English Language and Literature Students (CELLS) was established in January 2023 to provide a supportive and interactive environment for English language learners. Founded by experienced English teachers and native speakers, the organization aimed to empower individuals through language education. Since its inception, CELLS has steadily grown in membership, diversified its activities to cater to all proficiency levels, and introduced writing contests, public speaking competitions, and cultural exchange programs. Today, CELLS stands as one of the most active student organizations at Batangas State University – Jose B. Zuño Rosario Campus, offering programs that promote language proficiency, literary appreciation, and student empowerment.
