Paul Lamont Washington was born in Charlottesville, VA on April 19, 1970 to parents Carol Brooks and Daniel Washington. He graduated from Waynesboro High School in 1989 and he enlisted in the U.S. Army right after graduation. Mr. Washington passed away from a car accident in 1991.
