EduWorkforce CDA training program has been granted an exemption from obtaining certificate to operate a post secondary school by the Commonwealth of Virginia State Council of Higher Education for Virginia.

The company is offering 120-hour of instruction on the subjects of early childhood education to prospective teachers and assistant teachers in the commonwealth of Virginia and beyond through EduWorkforce also provide 20-hour continuum overview on the CDA competency areas and their application at an early childhood development center and family home care after the training.

EduWorkforce CDA Gold is designed to provide performance-based training, assessment, and credentialing of child care staff, home visitors, and family child care providers.

CDA candidates can enroll in our training program without a GED or High School diploma as long as they meet our test eligibility requirements, but will need one in order to apply for the CDA credential.

Our early childhood training program was designed to be incorporated into the busy schedule of the the staff/students. We wish to reach many teachers in heart to uplift them to their full potential.

Students also receive help with work or practicum placement towards achieving the 480 hours of childcare experience needed for the CDA.

We take our training very seriously as it is our interest that our students find or keep their jobs. Also in the center of our goal is the safety and positive growth of children in care of the child development associates.

The CDA National Credentialing Program is a professional development opportunity for early educators working with children ages birth to five years old to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and abilities in the early childhood education field. EduWorkforce assists and guides students through out the CDA credentialing program in which the CDA candidate is learn about the CDA competency standards and the functional areas and is assessed using multiple sources evidence, including an exam, observation and professional portfolio with resources, and competency statements prepared by the candidate.
