Harnessing the Wind, by Jan Erkert (2003), is a dance pedagogy book that discusses safe practices to support contemporary technique, somatics, and various dance elements. This is a translation of two sections of "Chapter 9 Body Listening: Corrections": "Alignment and Posture" and "Touching".
This is an email sent out by a Bay Area elementary school with vital information about the switch to Distance Learning in March 2020. This correspondence held vital information about what distance learning would entail, computer and internet access, and a message from the school leadership to the families.
