<Staffs’ rights>

1. All staffs have the rights in the public rules.

2. You can use staff-only tip jars. DJs’ jar is a music note. Hosts’ jar is a star. For other staffs, blue wine glasses at the bar are the tip jars. 10% of the tip will go to the owner to support the running cost of Dark Haven. (Tip jars on the floor cuts 20%.)

3. The wage payers are at the DJ booth. The wages are appreciations from the owner who cannot join your works constantly. The wage logs are displayed here.

4. One DJ and one host are allowed at one time slot. At most two knights including managers are allowed in one time slot.

5. If hosts or DJs want to hold a contest, contest boards automatically set the prize at L$ 1000. If more prize is required, please notify the owner before the events are held.

6. Be aware of your Real Life has the first priority. Your SecondLife is always based on it. We understand people in SecondLife came here to enjoy their own SecondLife, regardless where you go or come back.

7. When a manager election is held, staffs can vote or submit their candidacy to the manager positions. 

 <Staff rules>

1. All staffs have to follow the public rules, and be even nicer to everyone, choosing your words carefully. You are representing Dark Haven.

2. Any staffs are supposed to work at least 2 hours a week. More than 4 weeks of absence without explanation to managers or owners may result in removal of their titles. When their titles are removed, they would stay in a role of "off-duty staffs," which has only rights to join manager elections to vote or submit candidacies, receiving staff chats, and staff group notices, without any other powers. 

3. You can reapply to the job even you lost it. However, you have to fill the job application again and explain why you had to be absent in a job interview.

4. Put the correct title on while you are working. Otherwise don’t put the title.

5. Hosts or DJs are supposed to send group notices each one hour when they work.

6. Be nice to people at your best. It results in more tips, which will help the owner's income as well.

7. No being Away-From-Keyboard (AFK) longer than 10 minutes for DJs and 5 minutes for other staffs while on the wage payer. If you need to be AFK, please log out from it.

8. Even when you have several different titles, use only one wage payer at once.

9. Knights are supposed to record local chat and Instant Messages. When a trouble happens, Knights are supposed to fill an officer report with these records so that any staffs can understand what happened exactly. The template is here.
