2. The role is named "Dark Haven Minister."

3. Up to two people will be assigned from each time zone - Asia/Pacific, Europe/Africa, and the American Continent.

4. Employ staff.

5. Manage subordinates.

6. Convene meetings among staff and pass resolutions.

7. Responsible for security if necessary.

8. Contribute to construction if necessary.

9. Report the above resolution to the owners.

10. If 2/3 of the staff disapprove, the position is forfeited.
