The owner is only 1, practically. He has veto against the decisions or actions taken by managers.
Up to 2 managers in each department in each time zone.
Knights Leaders, DJ Leaders, Host Leaders, Mall Managers

3. Manager Election.
Managers' term of office is basically 3 months by staff voting. The positions can be renewed when necessary.
When there are more than 3 candidates in one department, 2 candidates are chosen from top 2 votes.
When there are 2 or 1 candidates in one department, the candidates have to get more than 2/3 of total votes.
Managers have to welcome and take care of staffs as our family members so that they feel comfortable.
4. Role definitions for managers
Make decisions on problems occurred in each departments.
Hire job applicants and check the job slot reservations. The details are written in Section 5.
Ask other staffs constantly and nicely if they have any problems in doing their jobs.
Hold meetings when needed.
Each manager has independence and responsibility when they make decisions.
Managers have to tell the owner their decisions, although the owner has veto.
Plan events. The plans must be displayed at least week before by posters and group notices, also notified to the staff to contribute.
If somebody asks rental stalls, give the person a merchant title.
Check the staff rules and confirm they are following the rules.
When somebody is inactive during their job, like being away-from-keyboard, confirm their willingness to work.
5. Hiring new staffs.
Review job applications and hold job interviews. When the applicants are willing to be DJs or hosts, hold a 2-hour audition and see their performances. During the audition, the applicants can use the red wine glasses at the bar.
When hiring, ask the new staffs to reserve time slots on the schedule board.
Teach staffs how to use club equipment. Basically, there are written manuals on Dark Haven web site.
Announce in the public group that new staffs joined so that all member know.
