1. Asking managers to make decisions on the owner's ideas plans. If necessary, managers have to hold staff meetings.

2. Having veto to decisions and actions made by managers.

3. Holding meetings with people who the owner need to listen to.

1. Listening to managers, staffs, and members when they suggest problems, or they have appeals to the action taken by others, and make decisions.

2. Writing contact information in the profile so that the owner can contact even when absence.
